Athena Domain Planning: 350-Unit SA Rental Community

Athena Domain, a leading real estate development company, has announced plans to construct a 350-unit apartment complex in San Antonio by demolishing an old telecom office. The site, which has been owned by AT&T since 1958 and spans over 2.7 acres at the prime location of 7159 San Pedro Ave., is estimated to be worth $3.9 million.

The proposed project includes two towering buildings with a height of up to 80 feet each, along with a four-story storage facility and six-story parking garage. In addition to these amenities, the community will also feature a dog park and pool deck for residents’ leisure activities. The parking garage will offer ample space for vehicles with its capacity of accommodating up to 480 cars while an additional seventeen on-street parking spots have also been planned.

Although no specific timeline for construction has been disclosed yet, Athena Domain aims at completing this ambitious project in the near future.
