Asymmetrical Assemblage Opens in Oakland Park: A Must-See Art Exhibit

Newrock Partners has recently unveiled its new 11-story apartment complex in Oakland Park, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design. The $86 million Oaklyn complex boasts a unique and modern design that pays homage to mid-century aesthetics. Situated near Lauderdale Beach and the Atlantic Ocean waterfront, the development replaces an old office complex on two bank properties also owned by Newrock.

The project features 274 residential units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, with sizes between 451 and 1,172 square feet. In addition to its striking design, Oaklyn offers over 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space including popular tenants such as Pure Barre fitness center and La Birra Bar restaurant. Bozzuto is managing the residential portion of the development.

Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities including a rooftop deck with poolside cabanas and outdoor kitchen boasting stunning ocean views; an indoor-outdoor clubroom; fitness center; coworking lounge; and soon-to-be-added sports simulator.

Experience luxury living at “Asymmetrical Assemblage,” now open in Oakland Park.
