Astoria Mixed-Use Development Receives $65M Construction Loan from BHI

BHI, a commercial bank, has provided a construction loan of $65.34 million to NuVerse Advisors for the development of 30-55 Vernon Boulevard in Astoria, Queens. The nine-story mixed-use building will feature 121 residential units, two retail spaces and one community facility with onsite parking.

Ilana Druyan from BHI’s international origination team commented: “The continued development of the Astoria waterfront area is incredibly exciting and we are proud to be part of this project which furthers our ongoing relationship with NuVerse.” She added that “This transaction underscores our strategic focus on multi-family growth and commitment to positively impacting areas we serve.”
