Astoria Mixed-Use Development Receives $65M Construction Loan from BHI

BHI, a commercial bank, has provided a construction loan of $65.34 million to NuVerse Advisors for the development of 30-55 Vernon Boulevard in Astoria, Queens. The nine-story mixed-use development will feature 121 residential units, two retail spaces, a community facility and onsite parking.
