**AscentDS Expands Lending Platform into Manufactured Housing Sector**
Ascent Developer Solutions (AscentDS), a Los Angeles-based lender serving real estate developers, has broadened its lending platform to include financing solutions specifically for modern manufactured housing communities and infill development opportunities.
The firm aims to address the shortage of workforce housing by targeting expansion in secondary and tertiary markets across the nation. Key areas of focus include new construction opportunities throughout Texas, Florida, and the Southeast.

Marking its initial move into the manufactured housing space, AscentDS closed its first financing deal in December 2025, supporting a major acquisition in Texas involving more than 400 home sites.
