**Asana Partners Acquires Shops of Dunwoody for $27.5 Million**

Asana Partners has expanded its portfolio in the Atlanta area with the acquisition of the Shops of Dunwoody for $27.5 million. In addition to the main retail center located at 5500 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, the firm also purchased several adjacent parcels for an additional $7.5 million through three separate transactions. The combined $35 million deal was completed with Hudgens Company as the seller.

Public records show that the Shops of Dunwoody last changed hands in 2015 for $14.8 million. The property is home to a variety of well-known dining establishments, including Dunwoody Tavern, Vintage Pizzeria, Taqueria Los Hermanos, J. Christopher’s, and others.

As part of the acquisition, Asana Partners also secured ownership of neighboring properties, including the Sunshine Car Wash and nearby office buildings located on Nandina Lane.

This latest acquisition further strengthens Asana’s presence in the Atlanta market. The company already owns key local assets such as Krog Street Market, Midtown Promenade, and Plaza Fiesta. Earlier in 2024, Asana sold two other Atlanta-area properties: Plaza on Ponce and Glenwood Park.

This strategic expansion underscores Asana Partners’ ongoing investment in high-traffic, mixed-use properties within growing urban neighborhoods.
