**Asana Partners Acquires Grand Plaza Retail Center for $36 Million**

Asana Partners has expanded its presence in the Tampa market with the acquisition of Grand Plaza, a retail center located in Carrollwood. The property was purchased for $36 million from CPI Limited, which had acquired it in 2001 for $12.4 million.

Grand Plaza is situated on North Dale Mabry Highway and was originally built in 1985. The shopping center spans 105,500 square feet and is located on more than 9.5 acres of land.

This acquisition bolsters Asana’s growing investment in the Tampa region. The firm’s local portfolio includes the mixed-use development Bayshore Gardens, multiple warehouse properties in North Hyde Park, an assemblage in the SoHo district, the historic office building at 1304 S. DeSoto Avenue, and a surface parking lot at 2307 W. Mississippi Avenue.

Beyond Tampa, Asana Partners is collaborating on a $250 million redevelopment of Duke Energy’s former headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company maintains offices in several major markets, including Charlotte, Atlanta, Boston, Columbia, Denver, Los Angeles, and New York.
