Arvut Homecare Secures Lease in Harlem for First Manhattan Office

Brooklyn-based home healthcare agency, Arvut Homecare, has signed a 10-year lease for its first Manhattan office space with Gatsby Enterprises. Located at 75 W. 125th St., the 6,000 square foot office occupies the entire second floor of The Carver Building and was facilitated by Tri-State Commercial Realty’s Dov Bleich and Daniel Sharabi who represented both landlord and tenant in this transaction.

This move is part of Arvut’s expansion to bring better quality services to Harlem residents beginning July 1st when they are expected to occupy their new space which also houses Carver Federal Savings Bank and Lutheran Social Services of New York.
