Article Student Living, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm specializing in student housing, has acquired 5 Twenty Four & 5 Twenty Five Angliana, a student living community in Lexington, Kentucky.

Located less than half a mile from the University of Kentucky campus, the 427,200-square-foot property consists of 376 units with a total of 1,060 beds across 13 buildings on 30 acres. The community offers numerous amenities tailored for students, including gyms, swimming pools, and study centers.

“These properties were purpose-built with students in mind and provide the necessary infrastructure for convenience, community-building, and wellness,” said Kevin Hites, President of Article Student Living. “We also look forward to exploring future partnership opportunities with Barings, which shares our strong commitment to the student housing sector.”

The University of Kentucky has seen a 7% increase in student population over the past year, bringing its total enrollment to 36,000. This growth continues to drive demand for purpose-built student housing near campus and downtown Lexington.
