Global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has recently acquired Cornerstone Commercial & Personal Insurance Services, Inc., a retail insurance agency based in Rancho Cucamonga. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Cornerstone primarily serves commercial and personal clients in San Bernardino and Riverside counties with a specialization in commercial real estate, construction, and homeowners associations. The agency’s founders Phil Hakopian and Allison Hakopian will continue to operate from their current location under the leadership of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
