Artemis Real Estate Closes $2.2B Value-Add Fund

Artemis Real Estate Partners has closed on its fourth real estate fund with $2.2 billion in equity commitments, more than double the size of its most recent fund from four years ago. According to the Washington Business Journal, this will enable Artemis to invest across the risk spectrum and capture opportunity at scale across the middle market in today’s environment.

Rich Banjo, co-portfolio manager for Artemis stated that “Fund IV positions us to continue investing with our national network of operating partners and will allow us to identify overlooked and situationally distressed opportunities in the marketplace.” The money is intended for a variety of property types throughout America through both debt and equity investments which can capitalize on current market volatility.

This closing marks an important milestone for Artemis as it seeks value-add opportunities amid volatile markets conditions nationwide.
