**Art Consulting Firm Joins Tenant Mix at Allston Labworks**
Alchemy Station, a certified women-owned art consulting firm and creative studio, has officially joined the Allston Labworks campus at 280 Western Avenue in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. Beyond establishing their new office space, the firm will oversee two adjacent artist studios as part of the development’s artists-in-residence initiative.
King Street Properties, the owner and developer of the four-acre mixed-use campus, collaborated with the City of Boston and Alchemy Station to incorporate art and creativity into the site as a means of public engagement. A key feature of this vision is the onsite artist residency program, designed to support and integrate the local creative community into the fabric of the development.
“As we planned Allston Labworks, our vision was to partner with the local community, including its vibrant arts scene, and Alchemy Station is an ideal partner in that mission,” said Mike DiMinico, Managing Director and Partner at King Street Properties.
The Allston Labworks development features 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space across three buildings, anchoring it as a hub for commerce, life sciences, and community-driven programming.
