**Arrow Real Estate Advisors Secures $30M Refinancing for Bronx Retail Center**

Arrow Real Estate Advisors has successfully arranged $30 million in refinancing for a prominent neighborhood retail center in the Bronx. The refinancing was provided by a leading life insurance company and is designed to support the ownership’s operational strategies while positioning the property for long-term stability and growth.

The financing strategy was led by Arrow’s founder and managing partner Morris Betesh, along with SVP Jack McPhail and senior associate Alex Ellman.

Currently 95% leased, the center features a diverse mix of national and regional tenants. The property generates strong in-place cash flow and presents significant upside potential through strategic re-leasing efforts or future redevelopment. Ongoing multifamily development in the surrounding area, combined with limited supply of large-scale retail space, further strengthens the retail center’s position as a key commercial hub in the community.

“Despite today’s cautious lending environment, we were able to leverage our deep market knowledge and lender relationships to deliver favorable loan terms that reflect the asset’s strength and the sponsor’s vision,” said Betesh.
