"Arnold Ad Agency Relocating to Former GE Headquarters in Boston"

Arnold Worldwide and its sister company, Havas Media, have secured a lease for the majority of General Electric’s former global headquarters in Fort Point, Boston. According to the Boston Business Journal, this move will see the advertising agencies occupying 70,000 square feet at 5 Necco St., downsizing from their current space of about 125,000 square feet at 10 Summer St. in Downtown Crossing. The relocation is expected to take place by late 2024.

The building was originally intended as GE’s new headquarters after their move to Boston in 2016 but was later sold for $252 million to Alexandria Real Estate Equities and National Development in 2019.

Hendrickx, Arnold’s senior vice president of growth and communications stated that with their current lease coming to an end they saw an opportunity to find a new home for their Boston Village that would best suit their business needs.

This news comes as Ad Agency Arnold prepares its transition into the former GE HQ located within Fort Point district which is known as one of New England’s most rapidly growing neighborhoods where many businesses choose it due it being close proximity near downtown area , said Hendrickx .
