"Arlington County Approves Mixed-Use Neighborhood Project for Sustainable Growth"

The Arlington County Board has granted site plan approval for Bingham Center, a mixed-use neighborhood project located at 3200 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. This development is a joint venture between Donohoe Development and TCS Realty Associates and will bring an exciting addition to the area just one block from the Clarendon Metro station. The project includes 290 multifamily units (including 15 affordable units), a boutique hotel with 229 rooms, and street-level retail spanning over 16,000 square feet.

In collaboration with Arlington County and the local community, there will also be a public park of approximately 6,000 square feet on North Irving Street as well as enhancements to nearby public spaces. This approved mixed-use neighborhood project promises to enhance the surrounding area while providing new opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
