**E-Space to Build Major Satellite Manufacturing Facility in Arlington**

The City of Arlington has approved a major development project by E-Space, a global telecommunications and satellite manufacturing company, which plans to construct a state-of-the-art facility near the Arlington Municipal Airport.

The project will include a 480,000-square-foot manufacturing and office complex, along with supporting infrastructure such as parking, a new airport access road, an aircraft apron, and a 33,450-square-foot hangar. The airport access road will improve connectivity to the future MLK Drive and is part of a broader strategy to enhance public infrastructure and unlock economic potential in the area.

Importantly, the project will not result in any new or increased taxes for local residents. The City will offer rebates on business personal property, leasehold interests, and sales tax to support the development.

Once complete, the project is expected to create more than 2,000 high-wage, high-tech jobs, with an estimated $8 billion in salaries generated over the next 30 years. Additionally, the project is projected to provide $27 million in net benefits to the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, and the Arlington Independent School District (AISD) during that same period.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for fall 2025, with project completion anticipated by spring 2027.
