A collaboration between Cedar Creek Capital, Attorney Ken Pinkard, HGTV star Tareq el-Moussa and former Congressman Barry Goldwater Jr. is currently underway to construct a state-of-the-art self-storage facility in Surprise. The project, valued at $32 million and led by Storelocal Storage – a membership organization with 1,500 nationwide members – is already halfway completed.
Upon its expected completion later this year, the self-storage facility will boast 925 climate-controlled storage units as well as drive-up access bays and spaces for convenience. Additionally, there will be 54 RV and boat storage spaces available.
The general contractor for this impressive development is James A. Campbell Construction Inc., while RKAA Architects Inc. has been responsible for its design.
Situated on a spacious 10-acre site within the Prasada 303 AutoShow Development area across from two prominent RV dealerships (Lazy Days RV dealership & Camping World), the developers acquired this prime location last year through Cedar Creek Wealth at an acquisition cost of $4.5 million.
