The planned development of Argyle’s Heritage has attracted interest from both Baylor Scott & White and H-E-B. These two entities are considering building on the Heritage tract, located along Robson Ranch Road and I-35W.

According to Community Impact, Baylor Scott & White is planning to develop 50 acres of the 195-acre property. This will include a variety of buildings such as retail spaces, fitness centers, and medical facilities. They have also expressed interest in potentially constructing a specialty heart hospital with a surgical center and acute care hospital in later phases of construction. Meanwhile, H-E-B is looking into purchasing land within the Heritage development for their own grocery store.

Baylor Scott & White has outlined a five-phase plan that spans over 24 years for their portion of the property. Their initial focus will be on creating a wellness campus.

Overall, this project is expected to take place over five phases spanning approximately 30 years. The first phase (2024-28) will involve constructing the grocery store and retail space along I-35.
