Specialty insurance provider Argo Group has signed a new long-term lease at 24 E. Washington Street in Chicago’s Loop district. The building, formerly known as the Marshall Field and Company building, is a National Historic Landmark that has been recently restored and transformed by Brookfield Properties.
Argo will occupy approximately 20,500 square feet on the ninth floor of this seven-story office building spanning over 636,000 square feet. JLL representatives Jeff Miller and Corey Siegrist assisted Argo in securing their new space while Jack O’Brien and JD Parcheta from The Telos Group represented Brookfield Properties.
The company plans to move into their new location in early 2024. According to Matt Whitty, senior vice president of leasing at Brookfield Properties: “The strong momentum surrounding this building is a testament to our ability to provide premier office experiences for top-tier companies who recognize the importance of modern workspaces for empowering their workforce.”
