Arden Group, a US real estate fund manager, has announced the topping out of 4650 Broadway—a 19-story mixed-use building in an Opportunity Zone in Inwood. Spanning 351,000 square feet and comprising 222 residential units with 120,000 square feet of commercial and retail space including a fitness center, children’s playroom, resident lounge and multiple outdoor terraces—construction began in April 2022 with first residents expected to move into the property during summer 2024.
