### Arch Street Capital JV Acquires 2.4M-SF Industrial Portfolio in Kansas City

Arch Street Capital Advisors, in partnership with Artemis Real Estate Partners, has acquired a 2.4 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

The portfolio consists of four fully leased industrial properties, featuring a strong tenant mix that includes several investment-grade, Fortune 500 companies. Strategically located near the BNSF intermodal facility—a state-of-the-art, 443-acre logistics hub that provides direct rail access and both domestic and international intermodal services—the assets benefit from exceptional connectivity and long-term demand drivers.
