Clark County Commissioners have approved a 19-story boutique hotel, Nuance Las Vegas, located just down the road from Allegiant Stadium – home of the Las Vegas Raiders. The property is situated on 2.1 acres and will feature 340 guest rooms and a spa with strictly valet parking available for guests. Developer Bob Gronauer believes most visitors to the site won’t need automobile transportation due to its close proximity to the stadium itself.
New Angle Development will own Nuance which is expected to cost $275 million in total construction costs; plans include a ballroom, board rooms, an event center, pool area with outdoor terrace as well as restaurant/bar and cigar bar amenities – though no gaming or entertainment options are included in this project scope.
