The City of Doral has granted approval to MG Developer for their latest project, Doral Parc: Midtown Doral Phase IV, V & VI. This mixed-use development will consist of three 10-story buildings and a total of 552 units. Additionally, there will be 22,740 square feet of retail space spread throughout two new parking garages. The project is a joint venture between MG Developer and Ernesto De Lucas.
Located on the east side of NW 107th Avenue between NW 86th Street and NW90th Street, this community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed by Pascual Perez Kiliddjian & Star architectural firm.
Construction is set to begin in the second quarter of2025. Along with residential units and retail space, residents at Doral Parc can enjoy various amenities such as a pool with deck area,a public plaza,dog park,tot lot,and spaces for public art within the community.
