The TLR Group has recently received approval from the local aviation authority to construct a 43-story mixed-use building in Tampa, just three miles away from the city’s airport. This impressive tower will feature a combination of residential, office, retail and dining spaces.
With 480 apartments, 68,000 square feet of office space and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space planned for this development project. The tower will offer modern studios as well as one-and-two-bedroom units.
To make room for this new construction project on Ashley Drive in Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that an existing 100-year-old building was acquired by TLR Group in April of this year at a cost of approximately $20.06 million. Spanning over one acre in size,this prime location is ideal for the new tower.
TLR Group currently owns and manages sixteen other rental properties throughout Tampa Bay area including Clearwater and Brandon regions.The recent approval marks another milestone achievement for their expanding portfolio.
