Approval Granted for $350M Resort Project on Lake of the Ozarks

SkyView Partners and Tegethoff Development, along with Fred Ross, owner of Big Thunder Marine, have received formal approval for the development plan of their $350-million Oasis at Lakeport family resort and entertainment district in Osage Beach, MO. Construction is set to begin immediately with plans to open in summer 2024.

Todd Schneider, co-managing partner of SkyView Partners expressed his excitement: “We are thrilled that the City of Osage Beach has approved our development plan so we can start building this amazing year-round attraction for everyone at the lake to enjoy!”
The project will include 25 acres filled with amusement rides and attractions such as roller coasters and thrill rides; a Marriott Hotels property; an indoor waterpark; restaurants; 200 public boat slips; a 1,000 space parking garage plus a 200 foot tall observation wheel.
