Avison Young, on behalf of landlord APF Properties, has successfully arranged three new office leases in Midtown Manhattan. The first two are located at 1156 Ave. of the Americas and the third is at 28 W. 44th St.
Institutional Shareholder Services has leased a total of 9,600 square feet on the full seventh floor at 1156 Ave. of the Americas, which will come fully furnished upon delivery.
Global employment agency Michael Page International has also signed a lease for their new space in this building – encompassing an entire floor totaling to be approximately 9,448 square feet.
Noor Staffing will occupy all available space on the full sixteenth floor – totaling to be around an impressive amount of approximately156209 square feet – within their newly leased building located at28 W.44th St.
John Ryan and Josh Goldman from Avison Young’s New York City office have represented APF Properties throughout all three transactions while Cushman & Wakefield negotiated ISS’ lease agreement; JLL assisted Michael Page International; and Newmark represented Noor Staffing during negotiations.
