Pending approval from the Phoenix City Council, the $100 million development will consist of 315 rental units, offering a variety of floor plans including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

Amenities will include a rooftop deck, a fitness and yoga studio, a resident club room, and a spa. Additionally, the ground floor will feature three outdoor courtyard areas, a dog run, and a walking path for residents.

The development team includes architectural firm Todd + Associates and civil engineering firm Wood, Patel & Associates Inc.
