Cordish Cos. and Atlantic Residential have joined forces to develop the first phase of apartments at Live! at the Pomp. The project, located on a 230-acre casino property previously known as Isle Casino Pompano Beach, is a mixed-use development in collaboration with Caesars Entertainment.
The initial phase includes a 417-unit apartment complex called Indigo Pompano Beach, along with other additions such as TopGolf venue, Publix-anchored shopping center, industrial park and entertainment facilities.
Indigo Pompano Beach will consist of nine buildings ranging from two to five stories high. The units will vary in size from 619-square-foot studios to spacious three-bedroom units spanning over 1,500 square feet.
Amenities for residents include access to a clubhouse spanning over 9,000 square feet featuring fitness room,coworking space and private event room. Outdoor amenities include pool area,pickleball court,and dog park for recreational activities.
Additionally,the community members can enjoy exclusive access to the Crystal Lagoon,a man-made swimming lake spread across an impressive16 acres within Live! at the Pomp’s premises.
