The Marketside Villas at Verrado in Buckeye will consist of 150 units and have a construction cost of $50 million. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, P.B. Bell has already completed 10 apartment complexes with a total of 3,000 units in the Phoenix metro area.

Located at 21045 W. McDowell Road, this project is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2025 with some units available for lease by September or October.

The rental rates for these one to three bedroom apartments will range from $1,800 to $2,400 per month and their sizes will vary between approximately750 square feet and nearly1 ,300 square feet . This marks P.B. Bell’s debut into the build-to-rent market in Buckeye through their new apartment development venture.
