**Former Antioch Music Venue to Be Redeveloped into Mixed-Use Project**

Link Logistics is set to transform a long-vacant amphitheater site in Antioch, Tennessee, into a vibrant mixed-use development featuring residential, retail, and industrial components.

Located at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike, the 65.32-acre property—once home to a 17,000-seat music venue closed by Live Nation Entertainment Inc. in 2007—will be redeveloped to include 174 townhomes, 61 single-family homes, 25,000 square feet of leasable retail, restaurant, and entertainment space, along with 500,000 square feet dedicated to warehouse and office use.

The planned community will also feature a clubhouse and pool, a neighborhood park, a playground, a greenway trail, and a venue park with a pavilion intended for outdoor gatherings and entertainment. In total, the development will offer 235 residential units and a combination of commercial and industrial spaces, helping to revitalize a site that has remained inactive for over 15 years.

This ambitious project marks a significant step forward in reshaping Antioch’s landscape and bringing new life to a once-iconic music venue.
