Davis Healthcare Real Estate is pleased to announce the formal opening of Eagan Specialty Center, a state-of-the-art surgical facility located at 2975 Holiday Court in Eagan, Minnesota. The Class A building spans over 36,100 square feet and serves as the new home for Midwest Surgery Center which occupies 27,000 square feet.

Our team worked diligently to design and construct a facility that not only improves patient flow and surgeon performance but also caters to a diverse range of patients in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.”
Despite facing several obstacles during development such as finding an ideal site that met both geographic objectives and cost parameters set by our client; Davis successfully delivered on their vision. In addition, we were able to reduce costs by expanding the building’s size by an extra 9,000 square feet which helped spread fixed costs over a larger basis. Currently being marketed for lease is this additional space through Anne Madyun – Vice President of Brokerage at Davis Healthcare Real Estate.
