"Announcing Nashville Yards Twin-Tower Update by Developer Duo"

Southwest Value Partners and StreetLights Residential have announced plans to open two multifamily towers in November at Nashville Yards. The Everett and The Emory, both 34-35 stories tall, will offer over 650 rental residences. Leasing is set to begin this summer.

These two buildings will feature a range of amenities including a shared third-floor deck with a pool, fitness center, game room, resident bar, co-working space and golf simulator. Additionally, each tower will have its own Sky Lounge on the 33rd or 34th floor with unique features such as rooftop dog parks and catering kitchens for events.

The project’s architect of record is StreetLights Creative Studio who is also handling all interior design in-house. Clark Construction has been chosen as the general contractor for this development.

Formerly a railyard site, Nashville Yards spans over 19 acres and offers Class A+ office space along with retail shops entertainment venues hotels,and residential towers within one community.

The announcement from Southwest Value Partners and StreetLights Residential reveals their plan to unveil two new multifamily buildings at Nashville Yards by November. These towering structures named The Everett & The Emory are expected to provide more than six hundred rental units combined upon opening later this year; leasing opportunities commence during summer months.

Both properties boast an array of attractive amenities like shared amenity decks on the third level featuring pools & fitness centers plus game rooms resident bars coworking spaces golf simulators while individual floors thirty-three (for “Everett”) thirty-four (“Emory”) house separate sky lounges complete w/ rooftop dog parks extra coworking areas catering kitchens ideal hosting special occasions!

Streetlights Creative Studio serves as lead architect responsible not only designing exterior facades but also crafting interiors; meanwhile construction duties fall under purview Clark Construction firm selected handle buildout process end-to-end .

Nashville Yard’s history dates back when it was once used primarily as a rail yard; today this sprawling 19-acre mixed-use development boasts Class A+ office space retail shops entertainment venues hotels and residential towers all in one convenient location.
