Enterprise Community Partners has recently announced the promotion of Meaghan Vlkovic and Baaba Halm to senior vice presidents of Programs and Solutions. In their new roles, Vlkovic and Halm will be responsible for driving programmatic growth, fostering partner relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and advocating for policies across various regions in the United States. Both executives will report directly to Jacqueline Waggoner, president of the Solutions Division.
Vlkovic’s focus will be on overseeing program development in Southeastern, Gulf Coast,and Midwest markets as well as leading resilience efforts. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role where she successfully implemented programs such as Faith-Based Development Initiative in Atlanta and South Florida while also advocating for tenant protections and affordable housing resources.
Halm’s responsibilities include managing operations in Mid-Atlantic region along with New York,Calfornia,Pacific Northwest,Rocky Mountain,Tribal Nations,and Rural markets.She has been instrumental in launching initiatives like weatherization programs , electrification programs ,and Home 4 Good eviction prevention program while spearheading advocacy efforts within New York state.
