Sinclair Prosser Gasior, a specialized law firm specializing in estate planning, will be relocating its main office to Annapolis Corporate Park in Maryland. The firm has signed a lease for 13,331 square feet of space within the 28-acre business community at the intersection of MD Route 50 and Riva Road with St. John Properties, Inc.
The move is expected to take place this summer and will accommodate the firm’s team of 25 employees. Michael Tait from St. John Properties represented the landlord while Colin Lennon from Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services represented Sinclair Prosser Gasior in this transaction.
According to Jon Gasior, CEO of Sinclair Prosser Gasior: “We are excited to keep our headquarters close to all that Annapolis has to offer – including restaurants and local businesses – while still being just a short distance from downtown.”
Conveniently located less than three miles away from Interstate 97 and five miles away from downtown Annapolis, as well as only about twenty miles away each from Interstate-695 (Baltimore Beltway) and BWI Airport; it’s clear why Annapolis Corporate Park was chosen as their new location.
