Anna, TX: JPI Developing $80M Rental Community

JPI is set to bring an $80 million rental community to Anna, Texas. The development will feature 320 multifamily units and 5,000 square feet of retail space with an anticipated start date later this year and delivery in 2025. JPI holds the title of the most prolific multifamily developer in North Texas and ranks among the most active commercial real estate developers in DFW area. Miller Sylvan from JPI commented that Jefferson Finley will provide much-needed housing to a rapidly growing area including a percentage set aside for local workforce housing as well as market rate units due to rising rental rates. Additionally, they have plans for a $92 million residential development located along Brewer Boulevard which includes multifamily buildings, single-family homes, duplexes and an amenity center featuring outdoor pool & courtyard.
