Vantage Builders, Inc. recently completed a corporate headquarters expansion for NEOLab, a full-service orthodontic laboratory. Specializing in pre-construction, construction management and design-build services for commercial projects, Vantage was able to meet the strict deadline of the 10,000-square-foot project by utilizing their efficient design-build model.
NEOLab (New England Orthodontic Laboratory) had previously occupied space on the second floor of 3 Riverside Dr. in Andover, MA but needed to expand into the first floor due to increasing demand for their orthodontic appliances. The new space nearly doubled their footprint.
With guidance from Maugel DeStefano Architects’ design plans, Vantage successfully built two dedicated 3D metal printing laboratories as well as an open office layout that promotes collaboration and communication among employees. Additionally, they created new education spaces and renovated both a lunchroom and warehouse/storage area.
The tight deadline for this project was driven by an industry event that NEOLab planned to host in its newly expanded education space.
