Andersonville Commercial Corridor Sale Closed by SVN Chicago

Wayne Caplan of SVN Chicago Commercial successfully facilitated the sale of a 9,500-square-foot mixed-use building located at 5255-59 N Clark St. in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. The asset includes 6,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space currently occupied by Reza’s Restaurant which plans to downsize its space and provide future opportunities for the new owner. GW Properties and Howard Natinsky acquired the property with intentions to re-lease remaining retail space and renovate upper floors into apartments.

Caplan commented on this transaction stating “This is an exceptional piece of real estate situated on one of the best corners in one highly sought after commercial corridors in Chicago.” He further added that “There is always demand for property on Clark Street from tenants as well as investors alike.” Although sale price was not disclosed, it can be assumed that this deal was beneficial to all parties involved due to its prime location within Andersonville’s bustling corridor.
