Anchor Health JV Acquires $62M Medical Office Portfolio

Anchor Health Properties, in partnership with Australian Retirement Trust, has recently acquired a three-property medical office portfolio for $62 million in the Seattle and Charlotte markets. The transaction was facilitated by Newmark’s team of experts including Executive Managing Director Ben Appel, Senior Managing Directors Jay Miele, John Nero and Michael Greeley, Associate Director Ron Ott and Conor Hilton. Vice Chairman Bert Sanders and Senior Managing Director Cavan O’Keefe also played a crucial role.

The portfolio known as Novant & MultiCare On-Campus collection consists of 166,000 square feet of space which was 94% occupied at the time of sale. It includes a 41,000-square-foot MultiCare Health System property located in Auburn Washington along with two North Carolina based outpatient facilities owned by Novant Health.

Situated at 202 N. Division Street just south of downtown Seattle is the Auburn facility surrounded by other medical providers such as Auburn Regional Medical Plaza and Franciscan Medical Group.
