Colliers’ Michael Lirtzman, Marina Zelenkova, and Michelle Levy have arranged a 13,355-square-foot lease with Analytics8 at 55 East Monroe in Chicago on behalf of ownership. The space will serve as the data analytics consulting firm’s U.S. headquarters – more than double their current footprint at 150 North Michigan Avenue. Victor Sanmiguel from Bespoke Commercial Real Estate represented Analytics8 in the transaction.
55 East Monroe is owned by PGIM Real Estate and they have announced plans to upgrade common areas such as the lobby, conference center and other spaces in 2024. This 1.25 million square foot office tower stands 49 stories tall in the heart of Chicago’s East Loop submarket with views of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park nearby.. Despite challenging market conditions over recent months there has been strong momentum for leasing activity within this building – more than 90 thousand square feet having been signed off within seven months alone!
