AmTrustRE Secures 28,000 SF of Office and Retail Leases at One East Wacker Tower

AmTrustRE announced that Espiritu, a fine dining restaurant and bar concept, has signed a lease for approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space at One East Wacker in the Chicago Loop.

Espiritu will blend classic Chicago dishes with a modern Mexican flair. Dana N. Moyles of Dana Moyles Real Estate Services represented Espiritu in the transaction, while John Vance and Will Winter of Stone Real Estate represented AmTrustRE. The restaurant will occupy nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor space as well as 2,200 square feet of adjoining outdoor patio area along Wacker Drive.

AmTrustRE has also secured three new office leases at One East Wacker. The new tenants are Flight Centre Travel Group Inc., the Trade Commission of Spain in Chicago, and the Consulate General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Chicago. Longtime leasing partners of AmTrustRE and One East Wacker, Erica Marshall, Wendy Katz, and Mark Gunderson of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord in all three office lease transactions.

These leasing developments follow the recent completion of significant improvements across the 560,000-square-foot building.
