### Amherst Mixed-Use Property Sold to Local Owner-Operator

Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has arranged the sale of **63 S. Pleasant St.**, a mixed-use property in Amherst, MA. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Senior Vice President **Taylor Perun** and Vice President **Tim McGeary** of NEPCG represented the seller and secured the buyer. The property was purchased by a local owner-operator looking to expand their portfolio in Amherst. The seller, a Massachusetts-based owner-operator, is retiring and divesting their Amherst properties.

Built in **1881**, the property features **three retail spaces, one office, and 10 residential units** with off-street parking. It is located in downtown Amherst, near Amherst College, the University of Massachusetts, and various shops and amenities.
