Bryan Johnson, a seasoned professional in the industry, has returned to CBRE as the Americas Healthcare Leader for its Advisory & Transaction Services division. In this role, he will spearhead CBRE’s healthcare growth and client service strategy.
Based in Charlotte, NC, Johnson is rejoining CBRE after serving as Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Colliers North Carolina. Prior to that, he was a key member of CBRE’s GWS Healthcare Solutions group where he played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s healthcare business and providing strategic solutions to clients across the country. With almost 25 years of experience under his belt, Johnson brings a diverse background encompassing various aspects of healthcare real estate including brokerage services, outsourcing solutions,and financial expertise.
