Ambitious Friendswood Mixed-Use Project to Begin in January

Tannos and Wolfgramm Capital have joined forces for a $750 million project in the Houston suburb of Friendswood. The development, known as Friendswood City Center, will span 100 acres with approximately half dedicated to open space and the other half for commercial use.

Plans include 150,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of medical and office facilities, a 500-unit apartment complex,and a nationally recognized boutique hotel featuring 150 rooms,a restaurant,and a convention center spanning over5 ,000 square feet.

Infrastructure work is set to begin early next year with Tannos leading the construction efforts. The project has already secured all twelve parcels for its commercial development according to reports from Houston Business Journal.

Developers anticipate vertical construction starting by late2024 ,with an estimated completion date within three years. This ambitious mixed-use project is expected to revitalize the area and bring new opportunities for growth in this bustling community.
