Construction is underway for the transformation of the former Ambassador Hotel site into a high-end apartment community located just southeast of downtown Dallas.
OHT Partners has initiated site preparations for their latest project, a 299-unit luxury apartment complex situated on approximately 2.5 acres at 1300 S. Ervay St. The first units are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for 2027.
In collaboration with Dallas-based architecture firm Corgan, OHT Partners plans to incorporate many architectural elements reminiscent of the original hotel built in 1904.
The Ambassador will offer a variety of unit options ranging from cozy studios measuring at just over five hundred square feet to spacious two-bedroom homes spanning over fifteen hundred square feet. The building’s central amenity level will feature an expansive pool overlooking downtown and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
This development marks OHT Partner’s fourth investment within Qualified Opportunity Zones and their construction arm, OHT Partners Construction, will serve as general contractor for this project. Funding was facilitated by BluePrint Local.
