### Amazon Subleases 193,000 SF of Office Space at 237 Park Avenue
Amazon has signed its third Manhattan office lease since November, securing a 193,000-square-foot sublease at 237 Park Avenue. The property is owned by a partnership between RXR and Walton Street Capital.
This latest lease agreement comes as Amazon is calling employees back to the office five days a week. Previously, the company partnered with WeWork to lease 112,000 square feet at 5 Manhattan West and 304,000 square feet at 330 West 34th Street.
While Amazon confirmed the 237 Park Avenue sublease, it did not disclose the identity of the sublessor. However, reports indicate that VML is expected to vacate the space, having placed its 193,000-square-foot office on the sublease market in September 2022.
With this lease, a significant portion of the available office space at 237 Park Avenue has been filled. Current listings indicate that approximately 34,000 square feet remain available in the building.
