"Amazon Distribution Center Secures Tyler as New Location"

Tyler, Texas will soon be home to a new Amazon delivery station. The Tyler Economic Development Council has finalized the sale of 30 acres of land for the construction of this facility.

The state-of-the-art building will cover 140,000 square feet and is set to be built at the Tyler Interstate Commerce Park on CR 334 (Center Church Road). Construction is expected to begin in the upcoming weeks. This new delivery station will play a crucial role in powering Amazon’s last mile fulfillment process. Since 2010, Amazon has invested an impressive $70 billion into Texas.

In addition to this exciting development with Amazon, there are other significant economic investments being made in Tyler as well. BraunAbility, a company that specializes in creating automobile mobility products for individuals with disabilities, is teaming up with SunCap Property Group to construct another building spanning over 140,000 square feet on a separate plot within the park.

Furthermore,the city council recently approved an economic development plan alongside Bass Pro Shops.The popular outdoor retailer will receive sales tax rebates based upon meeting specific performance criteria as part of their partnership agreement.
