"Alterra IOS Purchases Two Columbus Outdoor Storage Sites"

Alterra IOS has recently expanded its presence in Columbus, Ohio by acquiring two industrial outdoor storage properties totaling 22.3 acres. This brings the company’s total number of owned sites in the area to six. The acquisition of 2222 New World Drive was facilitated by JLL, while Ascension Advisory helped with the purchase of 4080 Business Park Drive.

According to Parker Pearson, vice president of acquisitions at Alterra IOS, “We are excited to continue expanding our footprint in this important Midwest market for industrial and logistics.” These strategically located properties will add value to their portfolio.

The first property acquired is located at 4080 Business Park Drive and spans over 8.3 usable acres with an accompanying warehouse space measuring approximately 20,120 square feet. At closing, a leading national full-service trailer leasing provider entered into a long-term lease agreement for this property.

The second property acquired is situated at 2222 New World Drive and covers approximately14 usable acres with an accompanying warehouse space measuring around50,238 square feet.Its location directly served by CSX rail makes it even more desirable as it sits just five miles from the Norfolk Southern Intermodal Terminal.
