Kidder Mathews brokers Mike Newton, Matt Murray, Dane Dahline, and Travis Stanaway represented Alterra IOS in the acquisition of an 18-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assemblage in Tacoma, Washington.
The main property, located at 1124 112th Street East, was acquired from the Rhine Family in an off-market transaction. The site includes IOS-designated land integrated with existing shop buildings, providing flexible configurations and low site coverage. Alterra IOS, a division of the Philadelphia-based Alterra Property Group, has selected Kidder Mathews to handle leasing services for the property.
Due to its strategic location near the Port of Tacoma and major highway access, the site is seen as a valuable long-term asset within Tacoma’s growing industrial sector.
