Alterra IOS has recently acquired a 5-acre property located at 7121 Dorsey Run Road in Elkridge, Maryland. This prime location is situated in the Baltimore-Washington corridor and offers 13,000 square feet of office and shop space, as well as paved and graveled yard areas. The terms of this deal have not been disclosed.
According to Mark Gannon, senior vice president of Alterra IOS, “7121 Dorsey Run Road meets all the criteria that we look for in an ideal IOS site. It boasts close proximity to major infrastructure such as I-95, Route 1 and Route 100. Additionally, its existing zoning allows for a diverse range of tenancy options while its site configuration and improvements align with our tenant’s needs.”
