Alterra IOS has recently acquired a 5-acre property located at 7121 Dorsey Run Road in Elkridge, Maryland. This strategic acquisition is situated in the highly sought-after Baltimore-Washington corridor and offers a total of 13,000 square feet of office and shop space, as well as paved and graveled yard areas. The terms of this deal have not been disclosed.

Its prime location near major infrastructure such as I-95, Route 1 and Route 100 makes it easily accessible. Additionally, its existing zoning allows for a diverse range of tenants within our industry.” He also added that the site’s layout and improvements perfectly align with their tenant base’s needs.
